Office of Naval Research Container Security
To address port container security concerns, Fulcrum is developing a security monitoring solution for the Office of Naval Research. The system offers self-powered equipment, continuous breach detection, and automatic event alerts.

FRA Emergency Notification System
Fulcrum has developed a toll-free Emergency Notification System for the Federal Railroad Administration to improve highway rail crossing safety and minimize damage to railroad assets.
Using customized software developed by Fulcrum, 911 Emergency Centers are advised of critical information about a railroad crossing instantly. The system is currently deployed in the states of Texas, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky. For each deployment Fulcrum has provided:

FRA Brake Sensor On-Board Monitoring System
Developed for the Federal Railroad Administration, Fulcrum’s on-board brake monitoring system focuses on safety and brake performance.
Fulcrum’s solution provides constant real-time performance monitoring of brake pistons. The system is currently deployed in Birmingham, Alabama and Roanoke, VA revenue service.

FRA Railroad Traffic Planner and Security Monitoring
In addition to other FRA programs, Fulcrum has developed a secure, low-cost, and web-based tracking solution for railroad assets. This solution provides real-time tracking information without the cost, equipment, and limitations of satellite based systems.
Systems are currently deployed at railroads in Pennsylvania and Kentucky. With the Railroad Traffic Planner, billing, maintenance, security, and traffic management are now streamlined and affordable. The project includes:
- Continuous Speed and Position Data
